摘　　要：和谐世界无论是作为一种新型的不同于西方理论的全球治理范式,还是将它作为一种未来的国际秩序模式,都离不开国际制度的支撑。因此,推动建设和谐世界的战略重点应该是构建和谐国际制度。本文以和谐国际制度为着眼点,阐述和谐国际制度的内涵及其与和谐世界之间的密切联系,希冀能够促进我们更深入地理解和谐世界。No matter a new paradigm of global governance which is different from westerntheories or a kind of model of international order in the future, harmonious world will notexist without international regimes. Therefore, the priority in building the harmonious worldis to construct the harmonious international regimes. The focus of paper is the harmoniousinternational regimes, and tries to enunciate the connotation of harmonious international regimesand the close relationship between the harmonious international regimes and harmonious world.In a word, the author hopes us to understand more deeply into harmonious world.
