摘　　要：以氯甲烷与镁为原料,制得格氏试剂甲基氯化镁,再与氯甲基二甲基氯硅烷反应,合成标题化合物,收率92.1%,产品纯度99.5%。产品结构经1HNMR验证。该方法原料成本低,所得产品纯度好,收率较高,为工业生产提供了很好的参考数据。Grignard reagent methyl magnesium chloride,which prepared by chloromethane and magnesium,reacted with chloro（chloromethyl）dimethylsilane to synthesize chloromethyltrimethylsilane.The yield of product with purity of 99.5% was 92.1%,and characterized by 1HNMR.This method is low cost of raw materials and good yield and purity.It provides a good reference data to the industrial production.
