棕榈种子萌发过程中的生理生化变化

摘　　要：以棕榈种子为材料,研究种子萌发过程中部分生理指标的变化。结果表明:棕榈种子萌发过程中,丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性整体呈下降趋势;脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈先增加再减小的趋势。With trachycarpus fortunei seeds as materials, this paper studied changes of partial physical signs during germination of trachycarpus fortunei seeds. The result showed that during germination of trachycarpus fortunei seeds, content of malondialdehyde （MDA）, and activity of catalase （CAT） and ascorbic acid peroxidase （APX） declined overall; the content of proline, and activity of superoxide dismutase （SOD） and peroxidase （POD） first increased and then decreased.
