摘  要:目的:考察益肾康颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以出膏率为考察指标,优选最佳水提取工艺,以芍药苷的含量为考察指标,优选最佳醇提取工艺。结果:最佳水提取工艺为加8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.5 h;最佳醇提取工艺为加8倍量75%乙醇,提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论:工艺稳定、重复性好,适用于大生产。Objective : To establish the optimal extraction process of Yishenkang granule. Method : Based on orthogonal experiment, according to the yield rate and content of paeoniflorin, analysis on influencing factors was made to select the best extraction process of water extraction and ethanol extraction. Results : The best water extraction process was extracted by water for three times and adding 8 times water, 1.5 hour for each boiling time ; the best ethanol extraction process was extracted by 75 % ethanol two times, eight times ethanol, 1.5 hour for each time. Conclusion : Stability and repeatability of extraction process are good, and can be applicable to large - scale production.
