高血压合并糖代谢异常高危人群高敏C反应蛋白与多重危险因素间的相关联临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析高血压合并糖代谢异常高危人群的高敏C反应蛋白与多重危险因素间的相关性,为中医早期干预提供依据。方法:高血压病合并糖代谢异常的高危患者53例,采集多重危险因素信息,进行临床流行病学研究,分析高血压病合并糖代谢异常高危人群Hs-CRP与其他多重危险因素的相关性分析。结果:Hs-CRP与不同危险分层、急性心血管事件存在显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:Hs-CRP是急性缺血性心血管事件的预测因子。：Objectives ：This study is to discuss the relationship between different cardiovascular risk factor and Hs - CRP of high - risk patients with multiple cardiovascular risk factors, providing the basis for Chinese medicine early inter- vention. Methods ：53 cases of high risk patients with hypertension and abnormal glucose metabolism were enrolled. The multiple risk factors were collected and the randomized, controlled, cross - sectional study of epidemiology was carried out. The different risk factors were studied cooperatively and relatively, and the logistic regression analysis of Hs - CRP ofoccurrence of acute cardiovascular events or otherwise was made. Results ： Partial correlation analysis between Hs - CRP and other risk factors showed that there was a significant correlation between Hs - CRP and different risk layers/acute car- diovascular event by controlling other risk factors（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusions ： Hs - CRP may be the predictors of acute ische- mic cardiovascular events.
