复元活血汤加味治疗阳虚型胸腰椎骨折后腹胀便秘临床疗效和安全性

摘　　要：目的:探讨复元活血汤加味治疗阳虚型胸腰椎骨折后腹胀便秘临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择2008年9月—2012年9月在我院骨科收治的86例阳虚型胸腰椎骨折后腹胀便秘患者为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将符合本研究纳入标准和排除标准的患者分为A组和B组,每组各43例,A组患者仅给予清宁胶囊治疗,而B组则给予加用复元活血汤加味治疗,两组患者的其他治疗措施完全相同,比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:B组患者治疗总有效率(97.67%)明显高于A组的(86.05%),有显著性差异(P<0.05),B组患者不良反应发生率无明显增加(P>0.05)。结论:复元活血汤加味治疗阳虚型胸腰椎骨折后腹胀便秘临床疗效确切,疗效优于单用清宁胶囊,具有安全可靠和不良反应少等特点,值得推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction for treating abdominal distention and constipation due to thoracolumbar fractures of yang deficiency. Methods ：86 patients who admit- ted in our hospital from September 2008 to September 2012 with abdominal distention and constipation due to thoracolum- bar fractures of yang deficiency were as the research objects. The random number table was used to divide the patients who met the inclusion criteria of the study into group A and group B, n = 43. In group A, patients were only given Qingn- ing capsule while group B added Modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction. The other treatment of the two groups were the same. The clinical efficacy and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results：The total efficiency in group B （97.67%） was significantly higher than that in group A （86.05%）, there was a significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）, the incidence of adverse reactions of group B had no significant increase（ P 〉 O. 05 ）. Conclusion：The clinical ef- ficacy of Modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction for treating abdominal distention and constipation due to thoracolumbar frac- tures of yang deficiency is obvious, which is better than the effect of Qingning capsule. It is safe with few side effects and it is worthy of application.
