摘  要:目的:观察糖足合剂对糖尿病大鼠肢端坏疽相关血管因子VEGF、NO、ET、Hcy、Lp(α)水平的影响。方法:采用链脲佐茵素加低温法复制糖尿足大鼠模型。大鼠分为正常组,模型组,糖足合剂高、中、低剂量组,各组分别给予相应处理,第5周采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测血清VEGF、NO、ET、Hcy、Lp(α)水平。结果:第5周末模型组血清VEGF较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),各给药组较模型组明显升高(P<0.01);模型组较正常组血清ET水平明显升高(P<0.05),给药组较模型组明显降低(P<0.05);模型组较正常组血清NO水平降低,给药组较模型组明显升高(P<0.01);模型组较正常组血清Hcy、Lp(α)水平明显升高(P<0.01),给药组较模型组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:糖足合剂可明显调节血清VEGF、NO、ET、Hcy、Lp(α)水平,糖足合剂可能是通过调节血清VEGF、NO、ET、Hcy、Lp(α)水平达到治疗糖尿病足坏疽的目的。Objective : To observe the influences of Tangzu Heji on the serum levels of VEGF, NO, ET, Hcy and Lp (α) of rats with diabetic foot gangrene. Methods : Combination of streptococcus injection and reduction of ambient temperature was used to duplicate diabetic foot. Rats were divided into normal control group, diabetic foot group( model group) ,thera- peutic groups, including high dose of Tangzu Heji, middle dose of Tangzu Heji and low dose of Tangzu Heji groups. Each group was given corresponding treatment. After five weeks treatment ,Enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was performed to determine the serum levels of VEGF, NO, ET, Hcy and Lp (α). Results : After five weeks treatment, compared with the normal control group,in the model group the serum VEGF level decreased significantly( P 〈 0.01 ) ;ET level in- creased obviously ( P 〈 0.05 ) while NO level decreased, and the serum levels of Hcy and Lp (α) increased obviously ( P 〈 0.01 ). While compared with the model group, in the therapeutic groups, the serum levels of VEGF and NO increased ob- viously ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; ET level decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the serum levels of Hcy and Lp (α) decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : Tangzu Heji can obviously regulate the serum levels of VEGF, NO, ET, Hcy and Lp (α) of rats with diabetic foot gangrene,which may be the possible mechanism for the effect of Tangzu Heji on diabetic foot gangrene.
