五倍子粉敷脐联合拔罐治疗盗汗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五倍子粉敷脐联合拔罐治疗盗汗的临床疗效。方法:66例盗汗患者按随机数字表法随机分为对照组、试验1组和试验2组,对照组仅基础干预,试验1组:基础干预+五倍子粉敷脐,试验组2组:基础干预+穴位拔罐+五倍子粉敷脐。结果:试验2组治愈率18.2%,显效率54.5%,进步率100%,试验1组治愈4.5%,显效率40.9%,进步率95.5%,均明显高于对照组的治愈率4.5%,显效率22.7%,进步率63.6%。结论:五倍子粉敷脐联合拔罐治疗对住院患者盗汗可起到调和阴阳、固本培元、养阴清热、固涩止汗之功效。Objective：To observe the curative effect of Chinese gallnut powder administration on umbilicus combined with cupping treatment of night sweat. Methods ：66 patients of night sweat were randomly divided into normal group, test group 1 and test group 2 with a random number table. The normal group was only treated with the basic intervention,test group 1 was treated with the basic intervention and Chinese gallnut powder administration on umbilicus, test group 2 was treated with the basic intervention, the acupoint cupping and Chinese gallnut powder administration on umbilicus. Results ： The cure rate in test group 2 was 18.2% ,the markedly effective rate was 54.5% and the progressive rate was 100%. The cure rate in test group 1 was 4.5% ,the markedly effective rate was 40.9% ,and the progressive rate was 95.5%. Both were significantly higher than those in the normal group（ the cure rate was 4.5% ,the markedly effective rate was 22.7% , the progressive rate was 63.6% ）. Conclusions ： Chinese gallnut powder administration on umbilicus combined with cup- ping therapy on night sweat of hospitalized patients can harmonize the yin and yang, consolidate vital base and primordial qi, eliminate heat by nourishing yin and stop perspiration by astringents.
