摘　　要：目的:探析针刺结合康复训练早期介入对急性脑梗死患者治疗效果的影响。方法:将符合条件的急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,然后对两组进行疗效观察比较。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组病人在肢体运动功能变化、ADL能力变化等方面得到明显改善和提高。结论:针刺结合康复训练早期介入能有效促进急性脑梗死患者的功能恢复,最大程度地回归家庭和社会。Objective ：To discuss the influence of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training of early intervention on patients with acute cerebral infarction treatment. Method：Patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into treat- ment group and matched group randomly （ n = 30）, then the clinical observations of the two groups were compared. Re- sults：Compared with the control group, patients＇physical movement function change, ADL ability change and other mattersin treatment group were obviously improved. Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training early interven- tion can promote the functional recovery of acute cerebral infarction patients effectively, making patients return to family and society in the greatest degree.
