122例慢性肝病血清甲状腺激素水平与肝纤维化相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性肝病患者血清甲状腺激素水平与肝纤维化的相关性。方法:选取我院收治的122例慢性肝脏疾病的患者为慢性肝病组,同期健康体检的70例健康受试者为对照组,比较其甲状腺激素水平及肝纤维化程度。结果:对照组中,随年龄增长,其肝纤维化指标均呈上升趋势。男性组各项指标均明显高于女性组,男性组TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4水平均明显低于女性组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。慢性肝病组中,随病情加重,其肝纤维化指标均出现明显升高,其各项指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随病情加重,TSH呈现逐渐升高趋势,重度组患者的TSH、TT3、TT4、FT3均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝纤维化指标能够有效反映肝纤维化的情况,其升高与肝纤维化的严重程度呈正相关。而甲状腺激素水平的高低对慢性肝病病情的严重程度和预后判断有直接帮助。Objective： To investigate the correlation between thyroid hormone levels and liver fi- brosis in patients with chronic liver disease. Methods： A total of 122 patients with chronic liver diseases were selected in our hospital as the chronic liver disease group, while 70 healthy subjects were selected as the control group, the levels of thyroid hormone and the degree of liver fibrosis of both groups were com- pared. Results. In the control group, with the increase of age, the indexes of hepatic fibrosis were in- creased. Each index of the male group was significantly higher than that in female group （P〈0.05）. The TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4 levels in male group were significantly lower than that in the female group （P〈0.05）. In the chronic liver disease group, with aggravation, the indexes of hepatic fibrosis were significant- ly increased （P^0.05）. At the same time, all indexes were significantly higher than those in the control group （P^0.05）. With exacerbations, TSH showed increasing trend, The TSH, TT3, TT4, FT3 in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Oondusions. Hepatic fi- brosis index can reflect the liver fibrosis. It increases with the severity of hepatic fibrosis. Thyroid hor- mone level is helpful for the detection and prognosis of chronic liver disease.
