摘 要:目的:采用透明质酸酶抑制试验和豚鼠离体回肠实验探讨款冬花的抗过敏作用。方法:通过不同浓度乙醇溶液提取,乙酸乙酯萃取及硅胶柱层析分离获得不同的款冬花提取物;采用透明质酸酶抑制实验和豚鼠离体回肠实验评价款冬花的抗过敏作用。结果:80%乙醇溶液粗提物对透明质酸酶的抑制率为65.5%;硅胶柱色谱的流分B-5对透明质酸酶的抑制率为69.96%;硅胶柱色谱再分离的流分B-5-6对透明质酸酶的抑制率为70.26%;B-5-6对豚鼠离体回肠的抑制率为53.72%,B-5-7对豚鼠离体回肠的抑制率为57.84%。结论:款冬花的提取物具有较强的抗过敏作用。Objective : To track and ascertain the antiallergic components of Tussilago Ffarara L. Methods : It was extrac- ted by different concentrations of ethanol and fracted by ethyl acetate,, then the extracts were purified by sillica gel col- umn chromatography. The antiallergic activity of Tussilago farara iswas evaluated by measuring the inhibition rate on hyal- uronidase and isolated ileum of guinea pig expriment. Results : The inhibition rate on hyaluronidase of Tussilago Ffarara L. extracted by 80% ethanol was 65.5% ,the rate was enhanced by 69.96% after components purified by sillica gel column chromatography( 100 -200M) afte, the rate was 70.26% after components further purified by sillica gel column chroma- tography(200 - 300M). Conclution : Tussilago Ffarara L. has strong antiallergic effects.
