496例肠道病毒71(EV71)型手足口病临床特征分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨我院肠道病毒71型(EV71)感染所致手足口病临床特征。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的496例EV71型手足口病患者年龄、性别、发热、出疹、并发症、实验室检查、临床治疗和预后等临床资料。结果:EV71型手足口病主要发病年龄集中在1～3岁(77.4%),男性患者多于女性(1.62∶1);主要症状为皮疹(100.0%)、发热(89.9%)、易惊(54.8%)和肢体抖动(54.0%);经对症治疗,1～2期患者全部痊愈,6例3～4期患者死亡。结论:EV71型手足口病主要发生在1～3岁,常伴随发热和皮疹,早期患者均可痊愈,3～4期病例预后较差,应注意重症病例的防治。Objective.To investigate the clinical features of hand-foot-mouth diseases （HFMD） pa- tients infected by enterovirus 71（EV71）. Methods. Retrospective analysis was performed to analyze 496 EV71 infected HFMD cases treated in our hospital, including age, sex, fever, rash, complication, labora- tory tests, therapies and outcomes. Result- The incidence was highest in 1 to 3 year-old children （77.4%） and boys had 1. 6 fold higher infection rates. The common clinical features were rash （100M）, fever （89.9M） ,hyperarousal （54.8M） and buffeting of limbs （54.0%）. After symptomatic treatment, all pa- tients at the clinical stage 1-2 were cured, but 6 patients at clinical stage 3-4 died. Conclusions. HFMD in- fected by EVT1 often infects 1 to 3 year-old children and the mainly clinical features are rash and fever. Pa- tients at early stage can be cured after symptomatic treatment, but not the same to patients at late stage, therefore we should pay more attention to the prevention and treatment of severe patients.
