摘 要:根据建设用地需求优先度开展建设用地指标的区域间配置是快速城市化进程中协调建设用地扩张和耕地保护矛盾的重要途径.武汉城市圈是我国首批"两型社会"建设试验区,建设用地扩张与耕地保护矛盾十分突出.以武汉城市圈为案例区,综合考虑区域建设用地投入、产出和利用效率等方面的因素,采用AHP方法测算武汉城市圈各县域建设用地优先度.结果表明:(1)武汉城市圈建设用地需求优先度存在显著的区域差异,武汉市市辖区建设用地需求优先度远高于其它区域;(2)造成建设用地需求优先度空间差异的原因在经济发达地区和欠发达地区表现不同,经济发达区域建设用地需求优先度高的原因主要是建设用地投入和产出较高,而欠发达区域建设用地需求优先度高的主要原因是较高的建设用地利用强度;(3)由于人均建设用地面积较大,各地级市所在区域建设用地利用强度较低.The purpose of this paper is to calculate the priority of the build-up land demand of each county in Wuhan Metropolitan Area and analyze its regional difference to provide guidance for distributing the build-up land among the counties. To do so, an index system was estab-lished from three aspects such as input intensity, utility intensity and output benefits, and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was employed to calculate the priority of the build-up land demand of each county. The results show: 1) the priority of the build-up land demand is obviously different from one county to another in Wuhan Metropolitan Area, with that of the counties under the jurisdiction of Wuhan City much higher than that of the other counties; 2) the causes leading to the regional difference are significantly different between the developed counties and the underdeveloped counties, with the former of higher priority mainly due to higher intensity input and output benefit of the build-up land, and the latter of higher priority mainly due to higher utility intensity of the build-up land; 3) the utility intensity of the build-up land is low in prefecture-level city areas because of higher per capita build-up land area. So we can conclude that the priority of the build-up land demand is essential to distribute the build-up land among the counties and improve land use efficiency.
