摘 要:目的:观察当归及不同配伍对环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠免疫器官、巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响,筛选具有提高免疫力作用的当归最佳配伍药对。方法:昆明种小鼠270只,分为3批,每批90只。将每批小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、当归组、当归白芍组、当归熟地黄组、当归制首乌组、当归人参组、当归党参组、当归黄芪组。除空白对照组外,其余各组均腹腔注射环磷酰胺,建立免疫功能低下小鼠模型。连续灌胃8天后,检测各组小鼠脾指数、胸腺指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、廓清指数等各项指标。结果:与模型组比较,当归及当归各配伍组小鼠脾脏、胸腺指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、廓清指数均显著升高(P<0.05)。与当归组比较,当归人参组、当归党参组小鼠的脾指数、廓清指数显著升高(P<0.05),当归黄芪组小鼠脾指数、巨噬细胞吞噬率、廓清指数均显著升高(P<0.05)。当归白芍组小鼠胸腺指数、巨噬细胞吞噬率、廓清指数与模型组比较显著升高(P<0.05),但仍显著低于正常组(P<0.05)。结论:当归、当归不同配伍药对均能增强免疫功能低下小鼠的免疫功能,对免疫失衡机体具有保护作用。最佳配伍药对是当归配人参、当归配党参、当归配黄芪。Objective: To screen the optimal couplet medicines for DangGui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) through observing its effects and the compatibility on immune organs and macrophage phagocytic function in hypoimmunologic mice caused by cyclophosphamide. Method: All 270 mice were divided into three batches, 90 mice each batch. Each batch were randomized into blank control group, the model group, DangGui group, group of DangGui and BaiShao (White Paeony Root), Group of DangGui and ShuDiHuang (Chinese Foxglove), group of DangGui and ZhiShouWu(radix polygoni multiflori preparata), group of DangGui and RenShen(panax ginseng C.A. Mey), group of DangGui and DangShen (root of pilose asiabell) as well as group of DangGui and HuangQi (Leguminosae). Except blank control group, mice in other groups received peritoneal injection with cyclophosphamide to establish hypoimmunologic models. All indexes including spleen index, thymus index, peritoneal macrophage phagocytic rate, carbon clearance index and others were detected after intragastric administration for eight consecutive days. Result: Compared with the model group, spleen index, thymus index, peritoneal macrophage phagocytic rate, carbon clearance index of DangGui group and the groups of DangGui couplet medicines increased significantly (P〈0.05). Compared with DangGui group, spleen index and carbon clearance index in group ofDangGui & RenShen and group ofDangGui & DangShen raised obviously (P〈0.05), spleen index, peritoneal macrophage phagocytic rate, carbon clearance index were improved remarkably in group of DangGui and HuangQi(P〈O.05). Thymus index, macrophage phagocytic rate, carbon clearance index in group of DangGui and Baishao were raised obviously compared with the model group (P 〈0.05), but lower than that of normal group (P 〈0.05).
