补肾养血法治疗小卵泡排卵32例

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾养血法治疗小卵泡排卵的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的64例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各32例,治疗组采用补肾养血基本方随症加味治疗,对照组以克罗米芬治疗,2组均以3个月经周期为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为87.5%,对照组为84.4%;2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组组内治疗前后卵泡直径均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾养血法治疗小卵泡排卵的效果良好,疗效与克罗米芬相似,且无明显的副作用。Objective： To explore clinical effects of tonifying kidney and blood method in treating patients ovulated with small follicle. Method： All 64 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received modified prescription of tonifying kidney and blood according to the syndrome, the control group took ctomiphene. Three menstrual cycles were one course of treatment and clinical effects were observed after one course of treatment. Result： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5% and that of the control group was 84.4%, the difference between both groups had no statistical meaning（P〉0.05）. Comparison within one group showed significant difference in follicular diameter between before and after treating （P〈0.05）. The comparison in clinical effects had no statistical meaning with the control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Method of tonifying kidney and blood in the treatment for patients ovulated with small follicle presents better clinical effects, similar to clomiphene and without obvious side effects.
