火龙疗法配合祛寒逐风方治疗风湿寒性关节痛56例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察火龙疗法配合祛寒逐风方治疗风湿寒性关节痛的临床疗效。方法:将56例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各28例。治疗组口服祛寒逐风合剂,50 mL/次,3次/d,配合火龙疗法,每天治疗1次;对照组口服祖师麻片,3粒/次,3次/d,局部用周林频谱仪治疗,2组均以治疗5天为1个疗程,并观察疗效。结果:治疗组愈显率为57.1%,总有效率为100%;对照组愈显率为21.4%,总有效率为78.6%。2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:火龙疗法配合祛寒逐风方治疗风湿寒性关节痛疗效肯定。Objective： To observe clinical effects of fire dragon therapy and prescription of dispelling wind-cold in the treatment of rheumatic arthralgia. Method： All 56 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group equally. The treatment group took mixture of dispelling wind-cold, 50mL/time, three times each day, and fire dragon therapy, once per day. The control group oral ZuShiMa tablets, three pills each time, three times per day, local part was treated with ZHOU Lin spectrum analyzer. One course of treatment was five days, clinical effects were observed. Result： Cure rate and total effective rates of the treatment group were 57.1% and 100%, which of the control group were 21.4% and 78.6%, the differences between both groups showed statistical meanings （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Fire dragon therapy and prescription of dispelling wind-cold could obtain definite effects in treating rheumatic arthralgia.
