摘  要:为提高摆线永磁齿轮的传动转矩,对其工作原理、Halbach阵列的特点和磁场分布情况进行分析阐述。基于ANSYS求解磁传动转矩的基本原理,应用其对定子、转子分别为12极和10极的Halbach型摆线永磁齿轮的气隙磁场进行有限元分析,研究了摆线永磁齿轮的传动转矩与转角偏差、偏移量、永磁体径向厚度及轭铁厚度的关系。通过计算得出:Halbach型摆线永磁齿轮的传动转矩随转角偏差呈正弦周期性变化且随着永磁体厚度的增大,其传动转矩值也变大;偏移量越大,其能传递的转矩也越大;当轭铁厚度增大时,其传动转矩表现为先下降然后有所升高直到基本保持不变。因此,在设计Halbach型摆线永磁齿轮时应合理选择永磁体厚度、偏移量、轭铁厚度以增强其传动性能。In order to improve the transmission torque of cycloid permanent magnetic gear, the operating principle of cycloid permanent magnetic gear and characteristics of Halbach array were introduced, and the distribution of the magnetic field of Halbach array was analyzed. Based on the basic principles of using ANSYS to solve the magnetic drive torque problems, the air-gap magnetic field of cycloid permanent magnetic gear with 12-pole Halbach on stator and 10- pole Halbach on rotor respectively was calculated by FEA method. The relationship between torque of cycloid permanent magnetic gear with angle deviation, offset, radial thickness of permanent magnets and yoke irons was studied respectively. The calculation results show that the relationship between drive torque of Halbach and angular deviation is sin-periodic, and the drive torque is increased with the increasing of the permanent magnet radial thickness. Great offset comes the great transmission torque. The drive torque shows a downward trend with increasing of the yoke thickness firstly, and then has some increase until keeping essentially unchanged. Therefore, the permanent magnets thickness, offset and yoke thickness should be chose reasonably in the design of cycloid permanent magnetic gear for enhancing the transmission performance.
