摘　　要：针对当前中央空调系统冷量消费无法满足按量计费的特点,分析了时间能量型冷量计量方式原理,提出了一种新型的基于RS-485总线技术的中央空调冷量计量计费系统,介绍了其系统结构和各个子模块的硬件电路设计及软件流程设计。对现有温控器加以改进,设计了以某公司的W78E052D为核心处理器的智能温控器,以VB6.0为平台结合Access数据库构成上位机数据管理系统。该计费系统用于对各用户冷量使用情况进行监控与统计的可行性好,具有一定的应用前景。Viewing at the current central air-conditioning system cold consumption can not meet the quantity charging characteristics. This paper analyzed the time energy metering principle, and put forward a new technology of central airconditioning based on RS485 bus technology metering and billing system. It introduced the system structure, the design of the module hardware circuit and software design process. By improving the existing thermostat, the intelligent temperature controller which use NuvoTon company＇s W78E052D as the core processor was designed. VB6.0 as a platform to integrate combined with Access database consisted of computer data management system. The billing system is feasibible used for monitoring and statistic the user＇s cold energy, and has certain application prospect.
