摘 要:利用优化的等离子喷涂工艺在钛合金基体上制备了HA/ZrO2复合涂层,使用销盘摩擦试验仪测定涂层磨损率。根据均匀设计法与二次多项式回归分析,分别获得涂层在磨合期与稳定期涂层磨损率模型。利用ANSYS接触分析结合实验磨损率模型,进行销盘磨损仿真预测,并与实验结果进行比较。结果表明,涂层磨损率模型具有较好的预测效果,仿真预测结果与实验结果较为吻合。磨损过程中,涂层磨损区域模型的改变不断影响接触压力的分布,无论在磨合期与稳定期,磨损量与磨损深度呈近似线性增长。HA/ZrO2 composite coating was prepared on the titanium alloy substrate with optimized plasma spraying parameters, and its wear rate was measured by pin-on-disc tester. The wear rate models during running-in and stable period were built based on uniform design theory and the quadratic polynomial stepwise regression analysis method. Wear simulation for pin-on-disc sliding wear test was conducted with ANSYS contact analysis and wear rate model. The results show that the regression equations could be obtained, and the simulation results are quite consistent with the experiments. The contact pressure distribution is affected by the continuous changing model in the wear zone during wearing. Wear weight and depth increases almost linearly during both running-in and stable wear period.
