摘 要:目的:探讨抗-A、抗-B单克隆抗体对红细胞内血红蛋白电泳释放的影响。方法:用A、B、O、AB 4种血型红细胞与抗-A及抗-B单克隆抗体反应后的产物进行淀粉-琼脂粉混合凝胶电泳,常规电泳后停电30 min再继续电泳,观察血红蛋白的释放情况。结果:A、B、O、AB型红细胞与单克隆抗体反应后血红蛋白释放情况不同,与此同时HbA2的电泳行为也发生变化。结论:单克隆抗体对各型红细胞的血红蛋白释放有影响。Objective: To evaluate the effect of Anti - A and Anti - B monoclonal antibody on erythrocytic hemoglobin elec- trophoresis release. Methods: Reaction products of erythrocytes from blood group A, B, O and AB with their corresponding mon- oclonal antibodies underwent starch - agarose mixed gel electrophoresis, with electrophoresis resumed after a interruption of 30 minutes, and the hemoglobin release from ery throcytes was observed. Results: Erythrocytes in blood group A, B, O and AB changed their hemoglobin release manners upon reacting with their corresponding monoclonal antibodies and the electrophoresis behaviors of HbA2 of these erythrocytes changed as well. Conclusion: Hemoglobin release from erythrocytes is affected by their reaction with monoclonal antibodies. The research established an important approach for the further investigation of the release mechanism.
