摘 要:近些年风力发电有了迅猛的发展,但是风电接入对电网的安全运行带来了新的挑战,一方面由于风能间歇性,其输出功率具有波动性和随机性,同时风电并网点通常处于电网末端,系统相对较弱,大规模风电的接入给电网调峰调频、电压无功支撑方面带来了重要的变化,从而影响整个电网动态特性,所以必须充分利用当前各种电力自动化领域的各种先进监控手段对电网进行动态监视,但是风电场内目前还缺少一套相应的监测和评估系统。本文以风电场同步相量测量装置(PMU)采集的广域信息为立足点,介绍了如何通过广域信息对风电场有功控制、无功控制、低电压穿越、电能质量等入网指标进行评价的方法,通过本套系统的运行可以大大提高风电场入网性能的可观性,实时指导风电场运行管理人员的工作,提升风电场的运维水平,从而提高风电场入网性能,对提升电网的安全稳定水平具有重要的现实意义。Recently the wind power developed very fast,but it brings the challenge to the safety of grid when a lot of wind plants connect to the grid, because the wind power is intermittent, fluctuant and stochastic, it makes a lot of change to the dynamic character of the power system ,just like peak regulation ,frequency modulation ,voltage and reactive power support. It's absolutely necessary to monitor and evaluate the dynamic character of wind plant, but now it can't be done accurately. The method that monitor and evaluate the dynamic character of wind plant based on widearea information is introduced in this paper, the evaluation item includes active power control, reactive power control, low voltage ride-through and quality of electric energy. The real-time condition of wind power can be monitored by the system and the operation level of wind plant can be improved greatly.
