摘  要:采用盆栽控水法对小冠花(Coronilla varia)持续干旱胁迫18d后复水,以土壤相对含水量保持在70%~75%的小冠花为对照,在持续控水干旱胁迫第3,6,9,12,15,18d及复水后第3d分别采集小冠花叶片,研究叶片相对含水量(RWC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性及抗坏血酸(AsA)、超氧阴离子(O2-.)含量对干旱及复水处理的动态响应。结果表明:小冠花叶片RWC及SOD,POD,CAT活性在干旱处理的前6d内,APX活性、AsA和O2-.含量在干旱处理的前9d内,均和对照无显著差异;此后,叶片RWC直线下降,在干旱处理第12d时,降至49%,而后又缓慢下降;SOD活性呈上升(9d)-下降(12~15d)-上升(18d)的趋势;POD活性先升(9d)后降(12~18d);CAT活性和O2-.含量增加;APX活性和AsA含量变化一致,呈先升(12~15d)后降(18d)的趋势。但复水后,各指标均能很快恢复至对照水平。说明干旱胁迫对小冠花抗氧化保护系统有重要影响,但此作用和干旱进程密切相关;同时,小冠花对干旱胁迫适应性较强,复水后能很快恢复至正常水平。The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase(APX),as well as the contents of relative water(RWC),scorbic acid(AsA) and superoxide anion(O-2 ·) of the Coronilla varia leaves were studied during water stress and subsequent rewatering using pot trials.Samples were collected on the 3rd,6th,9th,12th,15th,18th day after water stress and the 3rd day after the rewatering.The plants with 70%~75% soil relative water content were controls.Results showed that RWC,the activities of SOD,POD and CAT within 6 days water stress and APX activity,the contents of AsA and O-2 · within 9 days water stress did not have significant differences compared with controls.As water stress continued,RWC linearly decreased to 49% on the 12th day then slowly decreased.The SOD activity presented increase(9 d)-decrease(12~15 d)-increase(18 d) trend.The POD activity increased on 9th day,then decreased.The CAT activity and the O-2 · content increased.The APX activity and the AsA content both followed increase(12~15 d)-decrease(18 d) process.After the rewatering,all indexes were back to control level.In conclusion,water stress influenced anti-oxidative defense system and the effects depended on stress time.Coronilla varia has a good adaptability to water stress as system functions can recover soon after rewatering.
