摘 要:隧道围岩分级是隧道设计和施工的主要依据。以郴宁高速公路羊角脑隧道为对象,结合目前使用的《公路隧道设计规范》(JTG D70-2004)围岩分级法进行分析,揭示了其在指导隧道施工过程中的不足,针对其中的计算公式存在数学逻辑上的缺陷、地质勘查资料的具体代表性不高、修正系数选取偏差大、修正值在两级边界处取值主观性大等问题,引用灰色聚类评估法进行研究。研究结果表明:灰色聚类评估法能够较好地弥补规范的不足之处,具有有效性、校正性、适用性的特征。Highway construction in China rapidly develops, wherein tunnel project is an important part with controllability and bottleneck ; and the surrounding rock classification thereof is the main basis of tunnel design and construction. Then this paper, taking Yangjiaonao Tunnel on Chenzhou-Ningyuan Highway as the object and according to the classifying method in the new Code for Design of Road Tunnel (JTJD70 -2004 ), carries out the analysis to reveal the deficiency of the classification during tunnel construction as guidance. In connection with the problems existed, such as the mathematical logic defect in the formula, little representation of prospecting data, large deviation of correction coefficient, subjective valuing of correction at the boundary, and with practical instances, the classification is studied with gray clustering evaluation introduced. The result shows that grey clustering evaluation may make up for the deficiency in the new code well, and then demonstrates the new method's validity, corrective and applicability.
