家畜伊氏锥虫灭活苗制备及免疫研究观察

摘　　要：4种佐剂制备的伊氏锥虫灭活苗 ,通过小鼠免疫筛选试验 ,发现 号佐剂苗安全性好 ,免疫原性强 ,ES抗原在免疫保护中起重要作用。用 号佐剂制备的湖北、江苏、广西株伊氏锥虫灭活苗 ,通过小鼠和家兔 2次免疫 ,对同株虫体的攻击小鼠分别获得 2 0 /2 0、 1 2 /1 2和 2 0 /2 0的保护 ,并耐受第 2、第 3次攻击 ,免疫期长达3～ 5个月以上。家兔获得 7/8保护 ,体重明显增加 ,中和凝集抗体效价 1 :1 0～ 80倍。对照小鼠、家兔全部发病死亡。The inactivated vaccines of T.evansi prepared with four adjuvant were screened in mice,the results indicated that the adjuvant Ⅳ vaccine showed the best safety and immunogenecity,suggesting that ES antigen of the parasite might play an important role in protective immunity.After the mice and rabbits were immunized twice with three inactivated vaccines of Hubei,Jiangsu and Guangxi strain of T.evansi prepared with the adjuvant Ⅳ,the immunoprotection rates of the mice challenged with the same strain parasite were 20/20,12/12 and 20/20 respectively,and the mice could also resist 2nd and 3rd challenges and the immunoprotection period lasted for 5 months. 7/8 of the immunized rabbits were protected against challenge and the titer of antibody was 1∶10～80 by agglutination assay. All the control mice and rabbits died of the trypanosomiasis.
