Adhering to the Scientific Development Outlook and Promoting Collective Prosperity——A Review Report to Economic Scholars' Symposium on Implementing the Party's Spirit of the 18th NPC in Jiangsu Province

摘　　要：海派经济学南京研究所与南京财经大学当代马克思主义中国化研究中心联合举办贯彻党的十八大精神经济理论研讨会。会议贯彻党的十八大精神,以"坚持科学发展观促进共同富裕"为主题,针对现实生活中居民收入分配差距不断拉大的状况,提出一系列需要研究的理论问题;认为科学发展观与促进共同富裕存在内在联系;坚持科学发展观必须破除错误思想观念,科学发展要以改善民生为出发点和落脚点;实现科学发展,必须坚持社会主义公有制的经济基础,维护公有制的主体地位;促进共同富裕必须在科学发展观指导下深化改革。A symposium is jointly organized on implementing the Party＇ s Spirit of the 18th NPC by Nanjing Research Institute of Shanghai Economics, and Contemporary Marxism Localization Research Center at Nanjing University of Finances and Economics. Centering on this implementation, the symposium takes the theme of ＂ adhering to the scientific development outlook and promoting collective prosperity＂. A series of theoretical issues are put forward, concerning the situation of ever widening citizens＇ income gap. It is maintained that there exists an inherent association between scientific development outlook and collective prosperi- ty ; and we must get rid of erroneous concepts, and take improving people ＇ s livelihood as the starting point and the foothold, so as to adhere to the scientific development outlook. It is equally important to adhere to socialist public ownership as the economical basis, to maintain its leading status, and finally, to deepen the reform under the guidance of scientific development outlook, all for the promotion of collective prosperity.
