摘 要:探讨织物抗折皱弹性测试的评定方法。分析了传统机织物抗折皱弹性测试评定方法存在的不足,通过实际对比试验提出了增加样本数、扩充测试评定指标的改进方案。试验结果表明:准确剪样、增加样本数可以提高测试结果的准确性;选取经向、纬向、斜向三项抗折皱回复角之和作为织物抗折皱弹性评定指标更为合理;异面组织织物应当分别测定织物正反面的抗折皱弹性。Assessment method of fabric anti-crease flexibility was discussed. Disadvantages of traditional woven fabric anti-crease flexibility test and assessment method were analyzed. After practica~ test and contrast, modified case was put forward through increasing sample number and test assessment index. The test result shows that accuracy of test result can be increased by cutting sample accurately and increasing sample number. It is more reasonable to taking re- covery angle sum of warp direction, weft direction and diagonal as fabric anti-crease flexibility assessment index. Anti- crease flexibility tests of face side and back side should be tested respectively for bifacial weave fabric.
