摘　　要：探讨S捻T/R 80/20 29.5 tex纱的生产工艺。为降低生产成本,针对原料油剂含量不稳定、批差大、疵点多、单纤维强力低等特性,通过正确选用针布型号、合理配置工艺参数、适当降低纺纱速度、严格控制车间相对湿度以及钢丝圈使用周期等,最终成功纺制出能够满足西服面料质量要求的S捻涤粘混纺纱。Processing of S twist T/R 80/20 29.5 tex yarn was discussed. To reducing production cost,according to raw material property such as unstable oil content, larger difference in batches, more defects, lower single fiber strength, card clothing model was selected correctly, processing was selected rationally, spinning speed was reduced properly, tem- perature ＆ humidity in workshop and ring traveler use cycle was controlled strictly, finally quality of S twist polyester vis- cose blended yarn can reach suit fabric quality demands.
