摘　　要：总结细号高密品种无PVA上浆的技术要点。经纬纱均采用紧密纺纱,浆纱工序合理选择浆料并采用高压上浆工艺;织造工序选择合适的边撑并采用"高后梁、早开口"工艺,同时控制相对湿度在75%～78%之间,最终实现了细号高密品种无PVA的高质量浆纱效果。Technology key points of fine count high density product without PVA were smmnarized. Both warp and weft are compact yarn. In sizing process, size mixture was selected rationally, processing of higher pressure sizing was a- dopted. In weaving process, rational temple was selected, processing of high back beam earlier shed time was adopted. Relative humidity was controlled in 75% to 78%. Finally higher sizing effect of fine count high density product without PVA can be realized.
