摘　　要：探讨提高喷气织机效率的技术措施。从织前准备技术要求、织造工艺参数、设备休止时间、设备状态、操作方法、温湿度等方面制定了一系列工艺技术措施,通过调整浆纱工艺路线和浆料配方,优选工艺参数,减少休止时间,最终使织机运转率稳定在98%以上,织机效率达95%左右。Technology measures of increasing air jet loom efficiency were discussed. A series of technology meas- ures were made from aspects of weaving preparation technology demands, weaving parameter, equipment rest time, equip- ment status, operational method and temperature ＆ humidity. Through adjusting sizing processing and sizing instruction, optimizing processing parameter, reducing rest time ,finally loom operation rate can be kept above 98% , loom efficiency can be reached about 95%.
