摘 要:分析几种段彩纱纺纱技术。阐述了段彩纱国内外研究现状,重点介绍了一种新型段彩纱纺纱方法——等线密度段彩成纱技术,并与当前几种段彩纱生产方法进行了对比分析。认为:新技术采用三轴四罗拉段彩纺纱装置,实现了主纱与辅纱同步同点位控制,可适应于各种长度的纤维,改善了成纱条干,减少了疵点;段彩长度的调节可满足各种设计要求;主辅纱混纺比能以任意比例变换,控制快捷方便,可较好地提升段彩纱品质,丰富段彩纱织物的色彩效果。Several segment-color yarn spinning technologies were analyzed. Research status of segment-color yarn at home and abroad was introduced. The equal linear density segment-color yarn spinning technology was introduced as key. The new technology was contrasted and analyzed to other segment-color yarn spinning technologies. It is considered that three-axis four-roller segment-color yarn device was adopted by the new technology. The main yam and assisted yam can be controlled synchronously. Fiber with different lengths can be used. Yarn evenness can be improved and yarn de- fects can be reduced. Segment-color length can be adjusted freely. Blending ratio of main yarn and assisted yarn can be converted optionally. The control can be convenient, quality of segment-color yarn can be improved well, color effect of segment-color fabric can be more.
