摘　　要：版权战略是运用版权法律制度促进文化发展的总体战略规划。它通过进一步完善版权法律制度,激励戏剧作品的创作和传播;运用各种政策和经济手段,促进戏剧文化繁荣和发展;保护创作者和传播者的合法权益,实现人格利益和赖以生存的经济利益,促使他们通过创作和传播繁荣和发展戏剧文化。版权战略培育版权文化,为戏剧文化建设奠定思想文化基础。Copyright strategy is the overall strategic planning which to use the copyright law system to promote the development of dramatic culture.It is through the further perfection of the copyright law system,to encourage the creation and dissemination of the dramatic works;to apply all sorts of policy and economic means,to promote the prosperity and the development of dramatic culture;to protect the legitimate rights and interests of disseminator and creators,to realize the personality interests and the survival of the economic benefits,to make them through the creation and dissemination of the prosperity and the development of dramatic culture.Copyright strategy cultivates the dramatic culture and establishes the ideological and cultural foundation for the construction of dramatic culture.
