摘 要:将芳纶1313与阻燃涤纶按照5种比例进行混纺制得混纺纱线,对混纺纱线进行阻燃抗熔滴性能的研究。通过极限氧指数(LOI)测试研究混纺纱线燃烧难易程度。利用垂直燃烧实验测试其损毁长度、续燃次数、熔滴数目来评价混纺纱线阻燃抗熔滴性能,同时通过场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)对混纺纱线燃烧所形成的熔滴形态进行微观观察,研究分析成炭效果与成炭形态。结果表明:将芳纶1313与阻燃涤纶混纺在增强混纺纱线阻燃性能的同时也能够有效解决熔滴问题。The flame-retardant and melt-dripping resistant properties of aramid 1313/flame retardant polyester yarns with five blending ratios were investigated. The LOI value test was employed to determine the combustibility of the blended yarns, and their flame-retardant and melt-dripping resistant properties were evaluated by the data (burned length, renewal burning times and number of melting drops) of vertical flame test. Meanwhile, microscopic observation of the molten drop was acquired by field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). The result showed that aramid 1313/flame-retardant polyester blended yarns not only have improved flame retardance but effectively solve the problem of melt-dripping.
