摘 要:为突破传统提花织物只能显示单层纹样的局限,提出一种基于分层组合设计模式的叠花效果提花织物设计原理和方法,并对叠花图案的设计方式与织物效果的关系进行研究。应用全显色组合结构设计方法,使叠花效果数码提花织物表面呈现出多层纹样重叠不覆盖的特殊效果。由于全显色组合结构能满足结构上的交织平衡,设计的数码提花织物可用于大批量生产,而且织物结构特点不会随着图案的变换而变化,因此基于分层组合模式的叠花效果数码提花织物设计方法适用于各种题材的数码图像,对数码提花织物的创新设计具有重要价值。In order to break the limitation of color expression on the face of conventional jacquard fabric which represents only single layer structure, this paper proposed an innovative design principle and method of superimposition-effect digital jacquard fabric based on the application of layer-combination design mode, and investigated the relationship between design methods of superimposition-effect pattern and resultant fabric effects. By using full-color compound structure, the novel superimposed effect of digital jacquard fabric can be realized, in which patterns are multi-layered on the face of fabric and cannot be covered by each other. Owing to the balanced interlacement of full-color compound structure, the innovated fabrics pose no problem in mass production. Moreover, even if the digital images are changed, the full-color and superimposed effect will be remained. To this end, the design principle and method of superimposition-effect digital jacquard fabric based on layered-combination design mode presented in this paper has no restriction to motif selection of digital pattern. It is of great benefit to design creation of digital jacquard.
