摘 要:以不同物质的量比的Zn(CH3COO)2.2H2O和FeCl2.4H2O混合物为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制取ZnO-Fe2O3纳米溶胶,再用浸轧-烘焙法将溶胶整理到涤纶织物表面,探究混合溶胶的抗静电效果。SEM观察及傅里叶红外光谱和XRD测试表明,织物表面覆盖了1层粒径在50~100 nm之间的ZnO-Fe2O3颗粒。抗静电测试结果表明,织物整理后抗静电效果良好。随着Zn(CH3COO)2.2H2O和FeCl2.4H2O物质的量比的减小,抗静电效果先增加后降低。当原料物质的量比为5∶1时,织物的抗静电效果最好,半衰期和峰值电压由原来的11.31 s和860 V都降为0。Nano ZnO-Fe2O3 sols with different molar ratios were prepared with Zn (CH3COO)2 · 2H20 and FeC12 · 4H20 mixture as raw material by sol-gel method. The PET fabrics were treated with the ZnO- Fe2O3 nano hybrid sols by pad-bake process, and the antistatic effect of hybrid sols was explored. SEM, FT-IR and XRD analysis showed that a layer of nano ZnO-Fe203 particles with a size of 50 to 100 nm was formed on the fabric surface. The antistatic test shows that the finished fabrics have good antistatic effect. The antistatic effect of PET fabrics increases first and then decreases with reduction of the molar ratio of Zn(CH3COO)2 · 2H20 and FeC12 · 4H20. When the molar ratio is 5: 1, the PET fabrics exhibit the optimal antistatic effect, with the half-life and peak voltage decreased from 11.31 s to 0 s and 860 V to 0, respectively.
