摘  要:采用Fluent软件对网眼罗拉紧密纺系统集聚区流场进行数值仿真模拟,直观地对流场内气流分布做出分析和评价,定量解析集聚区域内流场的速度分布规律及流场分布对须条结构的影响。研究结果表明:静压值由圆孔壁面向圆孔中心部分逐渐增大,并且吸风槽口中心线处的圆孔静压值要大于其他位置的圆孔静压值;2个圆孔之间的气流流动并不孤立;低位置的气流流动受圆孔影响较大,各轴向速度分量随着圆孔间隔的出现呈现波动性,高位置的气流流动更加平稳,各轴向速度分量没有间隔性突变。This paper uses Fluent to carry out the numerical simulation of the compact area airflow of compact spinning with perforated rollers, evaluates the air current distribution visually, and quantitatively analyzes the distribution rules of velocity of the flow field in the compact zone and the impact of the distribution of the flow field on the strand structure. The results indicate that static pressure increases gradually from the wall of round hole to the centre of it, and the static pressure at air suction slot centre line is greater than that in other positions. The air movement is not isolated between two round holes, and the airflow of the lower position is affected more by round holes; and every axial velocity presents waviness with the emergence of the round hole at intervals. The airflow of higher position is more stable, without sudden change of axial velocity at intervals.
