普通型手足口病临床特征及中医辩证论治100例探讨

摘　　要：目的观察普通型手足口病的临床症候,探讨其中医辩证论治方法。方法根据《手足口病诊疗指南(2010年版)》普通型小儿手足口病临床诊断,对符合该诊断的100例患儿的症状、体征、实验室检查、舌象、脉象等资料进行描述性分析。结果手足口病的中医学基本病因为热毒夹湿,以热毒为主,多为肺脾湿热型,治疗以清热解毒、利湿透疹为主。结论普通型手足口病中医病因性质、辩证论治具有一定共性、规律性。Objective To observe the clinical symptoms of common type hand foot and mouth disease, to explore the Chinese medicine dialectical argumentation. Methods According to Foot and mouth disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines （2010 Edition）, the clinical diagnosis of common type of hand-foot-mouth disease in children with 100 cases, the diagnosis of symptoms, signs, laboratory examination, tongue, pulse data, descriptive analysis.Results Foot and mouth disease of TCM basic cause of nature of heat toxin with wet, toxic heat, for the lung and spleen in the treatment of damp-heat type, heat-clearing and detoxifying, diuresis promoting eruption.Conclusion The ordinary type of hand foot and mouth disease of TCM etiology and nature, dialectical theory of governance has some similarities, regularity.
