脑室引流术后颅内感染患者CD_(11a)、CD_(54)、CD_(106)表达与预后的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨脑室引流术后颅内感染患者CD11a、CD54、CD106表达与预后的关系。方法选择脑室内出血行脑室引流术患者30人,根据是否合并颅内感染分为两组,各15例,于术前,术后第1、7、14天抽血查CD11a、CD54、CD106表达水平的变化情况,了解患者病情的进展预测患者预后。结果感染组术后第1天开始CD11a、CD54、CD106水平均高于术前(P<0.05),且均高于非感染组(P<0.05),非感染组CD54水平从术后第1天开始高于术前(P<0.05),CD106水平从术后第7天开始高于术前(P<0.05),CD11a水平治疗过程中变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过监测CD11a、CD54、CD106表达量的变化,对于了解脑室引流术后颅内感染患者病情进展情况,判断患者预后有一定的指导作用。Objective To investigate the relationship of CD_11a,CD_54,CD_106expression and its relation to prognosis of ventricular drainage of postoperative intracranial infection. Methods Selected 30 patients with intraventricular hemorrhage with lateral ventricle drainage, depended on whether the associated with intracranial infection to divid into two groups, 15 cases each, in the preoperative, compared the before operation and 1 d, 7 d, 14 d of blood CD_11a,CD_54,CD_106 level after the operation, understand the disease in predicting. Results Infection groups after the first 1 d,the CD_11a,CD_54,CD_106 levels were higher than before （P〈0.05）, and they were higher than non infection group （P〈0.05）, infection group with CD54 levels from the first 1 d after operation was higher than before（P〈0.05）, CD_106 levels from the 7 d after operation were higher than before （P〈0.05）, during the treatment CD_11a levels had no significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Through the monitoring of CD_11a, CD_54, CD_106 expression of brain ventricle drainage of postoperative intracranial infection in patients can predict the progression of the disease and the prognosis of patient, so it can guide the treat of the disease.
