困难气管插管应用视可尼喉镜的临床研究

摘  要:目的对视可尼喉镜(SOS)在困难气管插管的应用过程中的安全性与成功率进行研究。方法对临床困难气管插管的17例病患进行视可尼喉镜插管,作为研究组同时,以17例临床困难气管插管病患行普通喉镜插管,并作为对照组,并对视可尼喉镜在困难气管插管应用过程中的安全性及成功率进行分析。结果研究组17例经清醒表麻下进行引导插管的病患,首先予以气管导管成功进入气管之后,再行诱导麻醉。其中,一次性成功15例;2例因出现插管时滑脱出声门,采取二次引导插管之后成功,成功率为100%。对照组成功插管10人;成功率为58.8%。发生1例并发症,并发症发生率为10%。结论临床SOS困难气管插管应用中,不但插管成功率极高、安全性能好,同时,还具有插管时间短、插管反应较轻、能避免盲探气管插管损伤的优点,适宜于临床应用与推广。Objective Of security in the application process difficult tracheal intubation success rate of Shikani laryngoscope (SOS) study. Methods Shikani laryngoscopy clinical difficult tracheal intubation in 17 cases of patients, at the same time as the study group, 17 patients with clinically difficult tracheal intubation patients line ordinary laryngoscope intubation, and as a control group, and depending on security and the success rate of Marconi laryngoscope in difficult intubation process analysis.Results Awake under anesthesia guided intubation of patients in study group of 17 cases, the first to be the success of the endotracheal tube into the trachea, the re-induction of anesthesia. Among them, a one-time success in 15 cases; 2 cases due to appear intubation slipping out loud door, taken after secondary guided intubation success, a success rate of 100%. Control group, 10 were successfully intubated; 58.8% success rate. Occurrence of complications, the complication rate was 10%.Conclusion Clinical SOS difficult tracheal intubation applications, not only intubation success rate is extremely high, good safety performance, at the same time, also has a short intubation time, intubation was mild, to avoid blind tracheal intubation injury advantages, suitable for clinical application and promotion.
