摘 要:通过利用HZSM-5分子筛作为催化剂对废线路板非金属粉末进行催化热解试验,对加入和不加入催化剂两种情况下热解油、热解渣、热解气的成分进行分析和比较。实验结果表明:在加入HZSM-5后,废线路板非金属粉末热解的三相产物成分品质均得到较大改善。其中,固相产物含量较未加入催化剂热解时减少,液相产物含量增加;热解油中轻组分含量上升,苯酚质量分数达到38.43%,含溴有机物质量分数为2%;废线路板固体渣质量分数为58.67%,固体渣中可挥发成分的质量分数为3.53%;热解尾气中二氧化碳体积分数为87.52%,不可冷凝有机气体含量约占气体总量10%。实验研究结果为HZSM-5催化热解废线路板的工业化利用提供理论基础。In order to evaluate the catalytic performance of HZSM-5 in the pyrolysis of waste printed circuit boards (WPCB), the pyrolysis of non-metal powder separated from WPCB was carried out using HZSM-5 as catalyst. Then the three-phase products from the catalytic pyrolysis process were analyzed and compared with that without HZSM-5 catalysis. The results showed that the yields of liquid-phase products increased. The mass fraction of valuable component in pyrolysis oil like phenol could reach 38. 43%. The proportion of brominated organics was 2% ; the solid residue from catalytic pyrolysis was 58.67%, which was less than that without the addition of HZSM-5; the pyrolysis gas consisted of 87. 52% CO2 and less than 10% of organic components. The results indicated that the quality of the three-phase products was improved by the pyrolysis of WPCB non-metal powder cata- lyzed by HZSM-5. Our study also provides theoretical foundation for industrial application of catalytic pyrolysis of WPCB using HZSM-5 as catalyst.
