摘 要:采用金属网反应器研究了一种褐煤H-form煤焦在O2/N2和O2/CO2气氛下的着火特性。实验发现,在相同O2体积分数下,煤焦21%O2/79%CO2气氛下的着火温度为526.3℃,高出空气(21%O2/79%N2)气氛下23.8℃。同时,随着氧气体积分数的增加,着火温度显著降低。通过焦产率、焦的BET和FTIR-Raman光谱的分析表明,煤焦的化学结构才是影响煤焦着火温度在O2/CO2气氛下出现延迟的主要原因。The average ignition temperature of a brown H-form coal has been investigated in a wire-mesh reactor where the sec ondary reactions of the evolved volatiles were minimized. The results showed that the particle ignition temperature increased by 23.8℃ for the H-form coal when replacing the air (21 %O2/79 % N2 ) by a mixture of 21%O2/79 %CO2. Meanwhile, the ignition temperature decreased markedly with the increasing proportion of 02. The char yield and the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area were determined and the FTIR-Raman spectroscopy was also studied. It is concluded that the chemical structure of the chars has a significant effect on the observed particle ignition temperature.
