摘　　要：针对我国在夏、秋季常常出现超强级别的台风,这极大威胁着超大、超高型门式起重机的抗风防滑安全可靠性的状况,如何在设计及检验中确保满足规定的工作状态和非工作状态下起重机抗倾覆、抗风防滑安全极为重要。文中重点分析室外超大起升高度的起重机及小车抗风防滑装置设计的安全技术性能控制。There is frequent high-level typhoon happening in summer and autumn in our country,which significantly threatens the anti-wind anti-skid safety reliability of extra-large and extra-high gantry cranes.It＇s important to ensure the crane＇s anti-tippling,anti-wind,and anti-skid conditions under the specified working condition and non-working condition during the design and inspection process.The paper emphasizes the technical performance control for outdoor cranes with extra lifting height and design of anti-wind and anti-skid device for trolleys.
