延边小香水梨雄性不育细胞学研究

摘　　要：以延边小香水梨为试材,谢花甜梨为对照,采用普通石蜡切片制片法探究延边小香水梨为雄性不育的关键时期和细胞学特征。结果表明,延边小香水梨花粉败育原因在于四分体时期绒毡层细胞分裂异常。与对照相比,二者花药和小孢子发育前期相似,延边小香水梨花粉母细胞分化完成后,绒毡层细胞增生明显,中层细胞液泡化加之药隔维管束木栓化是导致其败育的主要因素。对照梨中层、绒毡层先后适时解离,最终完成发育。Pyrus ussuriensis ＇ xiaoxiangshui＇ was used as material,Pyrus ussuriensis ＇ xiehuatian＇ was used as contrl. Cytological features of male sterility from Pyrus ussuriensis ＇xiaoxiangshui＇ way analyzed by ordinary paraffin sectioning. The results showed that abortion occurred in the tetrad, since tapetum abnor- mal cell division. Both anther and microspore prophase are similar compared to control. Pyrus ussuriensis ＇xiaoxiangshui＇ pollen mother cell differentiation is complete, the main factors that lead to its abortion are tapetum cell proliferation and the middle cell vacuoles combined with anther vascular cork. While the con- trol middle and the tapetal has timely dissociation, with the the development of final completion.
