摘　　要：介绍多头蜗杆的加工方法。对在数控车床上加工蜗杆,如何选用蜗杆车刀和蜗杆加工宏程序编制进行了阐述,并给出应用实例。宏程序在数控车床上车削大导程蜗杆值得推广。This article describes the processing method of multiple heads worm in the CNC lathe, the selection of the worm turning tool and macro programming of machining worm and gives out examples.CNC turning worm of large lead and application macro in the high-speed lathe is worthy to be popuarized.
