淮河流域省份煤炭产业竞争力研究

摘　　要：采用模糊综合分析法、熵值法、主成分法三种方法对淮河流域2010年的安徽、江苏、山东、河南、湖北五个省份煤炭产业竞争力进行研究,同时选取山西和内蒙古两个省份的煤炭产业作对比竞争力研究。在2010年的30个不同指标的数据基础上,对七个省份的煤炭产业现状从核心竞争力、基础竞争力、环境竞争力、综合竞争力四个角度对淮河流域煤炭产业竞争力进行分析和对比,避免了单一的竞争力分析。通过严格的组合评价法得出的结果显示,在煤炭资源丰富的淮河流域,各省份煤炭产业竞争力情况有较大差异,比如安徽省,无论是核心竞争力、基础竞争力、环境竞争力,还是综合竞争力都很令人担忧,甚至低于煤炭缺乏优势的湖北省。作为对比省份的山西、内蒙古,虽是煤炭大省,竞争力却不如山东、河南和江苏。在煤炭资源丰富的省份应摆脱"资源诅咒"的约束,提高产业竞争力。This article uses three methods of the fuzzy comprehensive analysis,entropy method and principal component analysis to research the coal industry competitiveness of Anhui,Jiangsu,Shandong,Henan,Hubei five provinces on the Huaihe River Basin,and select the two provinces of Shanxi and Inner Mongolia＇s coal industry as compared competitiveness.Based on 30 different indicators data from the core competitiveness of the seven provinces of the coal industry in 2010,from the point of the status quo,the basis of competitiveness,environmental competitiveness,competitiveness four angles to analysis and contrast the Huaihe River Basin＇s coal industry competitiveness,avoiding a single competitive analysis.The results through a rigorous combination evaluation method,show the big difference in the competitiveness of the coal industry based on the Huaihe River valley which rich in coal resources.Such as Anhui Province,both in the core competitiveness and the basis of competitiveness,environmental competitiveness or competitiveness are very worrying,even lower than Hubei Province which lack the advantage of coal.As the contrast provinces of Shanxi,Inner Mongolia,although the coal-rich province,competitive not as good as Shandong,Henan and Jiangsu.This article studies on how to get rid of the constraints of the ＂resource curse＂ in the coal-rich provinces,and enhance industrial competitiveness has reference significance.
