摘　　要：研究不同沙藏时间、发芽床对黄瑞香种子萌发的影响,为黄瑞香驯化栽培提供理论依据.采用完全随机设计,在5-10℃低温条件下分别沙藏20d、35d、50d、65d、80d、95d,沙藏后用穴盘进行发芽试验;选用平纸床、皱纸床、沙床、穴盘四种不同的发芽床,在200μL.L-1GA3和25μL.L-16-BA混合液中浸种16h后进行发芽试验.结果表明:低温沙藏80d发芽率最高为20.47%,20d最低为0%;平纸床的发芽率最高为7.8%;沙床中的发芽率最低为0%.This paper studies the effects of different sand storage time and germinating bed on seed germination of Daphne Giraldii, and provides a scientific basis for seeding and artificial cultivation of Daphne giraldii. The research adopts the completely random design, at low temperatures between 5 to10℃, storing sands of 20d, 35d, 50d, 65d, 80d, 95d respectively, and uses the hole tray to do the germination test The results show that the highest germination percentage is 20.47% in the low temperature stratification for 80 days, and the lowest germination percentage is 0% in the low temperature stratification for 20 days; the highest germination percentage is 7.8% for the flat paper bed, while the lowest germination percentage is 0% in the sand bed.
