多功能胸壁牵引固定器对连枷胸的临床治疗价值分析

摘　　要：目的考察唐山市丰润区人民医院自主研发的多功能胸壁牵引固定器对连枷胸的临床治疗价值。方法使用多功能胸壁牵引固定器对100例连枷胸患者进行治疗,评价其治疗效果,并与接受自体胸壁支撑牵引术治疗的30例连枷胸患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果接受多功能胸壁牵引固定器治疗的患者,其呼吸功能、胸壁浮动情况均恢复良好。在住院时间、呼吸机使用时间以及牵引时间等方面与自体胸壁支撑牵引术治疗组相比均有明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多功能胸壁牵引固定器对连枷胸具有很好的治疗效果,临床效果值得肯定,可临床推广应用。Objective To examine the clinical value of multi-functi0nal chest wall traction fixer which been self-developed by our hospital in the treatment of flail chest. Methods Used the multi-purpose chest wall traction fixer to treat 100 patients with flail chest, to evaluated the therapeutic effect and made a compared with effect of treatment of 30 patients with flail chest which be treated with chest wall autologous support and traction. Results The respiratory function and chest wall floating of the patients that treated with muhifunctional chest wall traction fixer had a good re- covery. The time of length of stay, use ventilator and traction were shorter than the group which be treated with chest wall autologous support and traction, and showed a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Multi- functional chest wall traction and fixer has a very good therapeutic effect for flail chest, clinical effects are worthy of recognition and should have a widely clinical application.
