中西医结合治疗维持性血液透析患者并发症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗维持性血液透析患者并发症的分析，以提高其存活率。方法选择2010年1月～2012年12月在北京市房山区中医医院住院维持性血液透析患者146例，随机分为研究组（74例）和对照组（72例）。对照组采用常规治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合中药治疗。比较两组并发症的发生率。结果维持性血液透析患者常见的并发症是感染、高血压、低血压、心脏扩大、肌肉痉挛、心律失常、空气栓塞、恶心呕吐、皮肤瘙痒、心力衰竭等。与对照组并发症的发生率（88．9％）比较，研究组并发症发生率（52．7％）明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗血液透析的患者各种并发症明显降低，临床并发症改善明显。Objective To study the analysis of combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of pa tients with maintenance hemodialysis complications, in order to improve the survival rate. Methods 146 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Fangshan District in Beijing City from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 74 cases in the study group, 72 cases in control group. The control group＂ patients were treated with conventional treatment, the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with treatment on the basis of the control group. The incidence of complications between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Common complications of patients with maintenance hemodialysis were infection, hypertension, hypotension, cardiomegaly, muscle spasm, arrhythmia, air embolism, nausea and vomiting, cutaneous pruritus, and cardiac failure and so on. Compared with the incidence of complications in control group （88.9%）, the incidence of complications the study group （52.7%） were significantly reduced, there was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Complications nificantly in combination of Chinese and Western medicine decreases obviously and clinical complications improves sigin the treatment of oatients with maintenance hemodialvsis.
