摘　　要：教学方法改革关系到创新型人才的培养质量,社会的发展要求医学生不仅要掌握医药知识,更要有独立获取知识、发展综合素质的能力。在多角度分析目前高校教学改革中存在问题的基础上,从更新观念、培养师资、以学定教、建立新的教学格局等方面,探讨推进教学方法改革、提高培养质量的对策,以期取得良好的效果。The reform of teaching methods relates to the cultivation quality of innovative talents and social development requires that the medical students not only master medical knowledge, but also have the ability to obtain knowledge independently and develop overall quality. In order to obtain favourable effects, based on the multi-angle analysis of the problems existing in the current college teaching reform, countermeasures to promote the teaching method reform and improve the cultivation quality are explored from the aspects of updating concepts, training teachers, learning-oriented teaching and establishing new teaching pattern.
