摘　　要：从疾病隔离系统角度探讨医务人员医院感染防控工作。根据疾病的各种隔离系统特点并结合国内外的调查结果,提出医务人员医院感染防控的技术措施,即医务人员应该执行标准预防和按病隔离相结合的隔离系统,严格执行消毒隔离措施,充分利用各种屏障防护用具和设备,减少职业感染风险。通过强化医务人员的防护意识及防护行为,加强安全管理,确保医务人员的健康。The objective of this study is to discuss the heahhcare-associated infection prevention and control of medi- cal staff, considering the disease isolation system. We have made the infection prevention technical measures of the medical staff, based on the disease isolation system characteristics and the survey results at home and abroad. Medical personnel should take the technical measures combining the standard precaution and disease isolation, strictly imple- ment the disinfection and isolation procedures, and take full advantage of the various barrier protective equipments to reduce the risk of infection. In the all, we should enhance the protection awareness of the medical personnel and pro- tective behavior, and strengthen the safety management to ensure the health of the medical staff.
