摘 要:酒类产品从原材料种植到最终消费的整个价值链均可能对社会和环境产生影响。结合酒类企业的特殊社会责任议题,运用内容分析方法对酒类企业社会责任进行评估。结果表明,酒类企业更愿意履行员工培训、发展循环经济等方面的责任,而忽视了理性健康饮酒和责任广告这一特殊责任;由于行业规制和政策力度不同,各酿酒子行业履行社会责任的程度存在较大差异。The whole value chain of alcoholic products fi'om raw materials planting to final consumption has inevitable influence on the society and the environment. Alcoholic beverage enterprise are of no exception. In this study, Chinese alcoholic beverage enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities was assessed and analyzed by content analysis method. It was found that alcoholic beverage enterprises preferred to fulfill its so- cial responsibilities such as employee training and the development of circular economy, however, they ignored more or less their social responsibilities such as advocacy of healthy drinking and the publicity of drinking damages. Besides, there existed great difference in the fulfillment of social responsibilities for different industries because of the existed difference in industrial regulations and related policies.
